Christine Gallo-Grosskreuz Christine’s passion for fitness started at a young age, studying dance in NYC and performing in Community Theater, film and television. During her collage years at DCC and SUNY New Paltz she studied fitness and nutrition, throughout that time Christine worked as a New Jersey Nets Dancer and group exercise instructor. She then suffered an injury to both hips, after trying many different methods to heal, led her to discover the world of Pilates.
As her love of health and fitness grew Christine decided to become a certified personal trainer through the American College Of Sports Medicine and worked at Crunch and Equinox in NYC.
Furthering her teaching was put on hold as she decided to grow a family giving birth to her daughters Ava and Alivia. Throughout her pregnancy’s Christine realized just how much Pilates kept her mind and body supported, it was then she decided that would be her path!
Christine took the time to research the craft and decided the classical approach to the method best suited her. In 2011 she studied under Juliet Harvey going through a 600 hour comprehensive apparatus program and is now certified through Power Pilates.
